Biography

Experience

Prior to setting up her own consultancy – Potential Unlimited in 2021; Yvonne was Head of Talent and Learning for the Bank of Ireland. Previously, she was Head of Organisational Effectiveness (OE) with the Ulster Bank and was a member of the global senior management OE team at the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) – (now Nat West Bank).

Yvonne also held various senior HR roles with eir and Transport for London. Yvonne has significant experience in a broad range of HR related activities (with external recognition) – including the revitalising of the leadership capability in a downsizing environment ; the development of programmes to identify, develop and retain talent from graduates to senior leaders. Yvonne led the transformation of Learning & Development Functions in both Ulster Bank and Bank of Ireland ; And developed and led the launch of an Inclusion and Diversity strategy at the Bank of Ireland.
